It is axiomatic that our designers and engineers, supported by
their dynamic erection team are ideally positioned to inspect and
maintain large and often high and difficult-to-access tension
structures. The jobs so often neglected by end users or building
managements, are a part of our daily service team routine. Our
specialist riggers, rope access teams and cleaners, together with our
technical membrane inspection staff work to ensure erected membranes are
cared for, cleaned with the correct materials and look the part
originally envisaged.
In cases where membranes show signs of wear and tear we are able
to offer solutions that range from temporary repairs to panel
replacements or entire membrane replacements – where the membranes are
removed and replaced in minimum downtime or disruption to the area they
are covering or screening.
Besides safety standards and requirements by the industry,
membrane structure warranties are also determined by regular inspection.
The elements, human abuse and other factors all contribute to fabric
structures wear and tear.
