We operate from our premises in Randburg, South Africa. Our factory is equipped with the latest machinery, highly-trained staff, inventory, offices and warehousing, enabling us to produce a finished and installed product anywhere in Africa.
The factory space is specially equipped with a perfectly level boarded floor, allowing handling of large membranes in the manufacturing process. We utilize a range of specialist machines, including high frequency welding, CNC vacuum pattern cutting, special sewing machines, airguns, heat welds, cabling and tapes.
The final designs are computer-linked into our factory to produce the required membrane patterns. After individual panel cutting they are assembled for accuracy and control. These panels form a computer-generated net, which describes their number, their position in relation to each other and the boundary edges. The use of computer programmes ensures precision and accuracy across any size of welded and assembled membranes.
Working with years of experience in sailmaking and fabrics allows us
to offer a broad range of solutions. Different fabrics are called upon
for certain applications. The mix of high tech machinery is complex and designed to
optimize the production of the various product lines under consideration,
whilst providing in-situ opportunity for artisan and technical training. We
are constantly upgrading and investing in new equipment and training
programmes. This ensures state of the art manufacturing processes and
quality end products.
